A Memorial Graveside Service for Alayna T. Johnson will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at the Prairie Home Cemetery at Holdrege, Nebraska with Chaplain Kathy Doiel officiating.
Alayna Tracelyne Johnson, 3-year-old daughter of Angelica Johnson and Dylan Judd, of Holdrege, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022, at the Children's Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She was born on February 7, 2019, in Holdrege. Her "larger than life" personality was apparent from the day she was born. Alayna was playful, spirited, outgoing, and sometimes even a little bit stubborn. She was very active and loved to play with her siblings and cousins and was always ready for an adventure with anyone. Alayna loved the outdoors! She loved to play in the dirt with her toy dinosaurs and enjoyed kayaking, boating, and fishing with her family. She was always up for 4-wheeler rides and drives in loud trucks.
Alayna made instant connections with everyone she met, but the relationships she had with Savannah Smith-Davis and Justin Smith were so exceptional, she chose them to be her Godparents.
Alayna was a delight in everyone's lives. Her infectious smile and contagious laugh will be sorely missed.
Fly high baby girl, you were taken away too soon. We will always love and miss you.
She was preceded in death by her older brother; great-grandma, Brenda Smith; uncle, Mitch Davis; great-aunt, Traci Davis; and many great-great grandparents.
Alayna will be missed by her mother, Angelica Johnson of Holdrege; her father and step-mother, Dylan Judd and his wife, Ariel of Kearney, Nebraska; siblings: Malikay and Sapphire; grandparents: William and Theresa Johnson of Holdrege; Rocky and Shantell Franks of Holdrege; and Bob and Myree Judd of Benton, Washington; great-grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Ted Smith; Mr. and Mrs. Craig Johnson; Mr. and Mrs. Rick Dagen; Mr. Bernard Judd; and Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Morgan; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles and many friends.
A memorial has been established in Alayna's honor, and kindly suggested to the family.
Expressions of caring and kindness can be sent to the family at www.nelsonbauerfh.com
The Nelson-Bauer Funeral Home in Holdrege is in charge of the arrangements.
