Memorial Graveside Services for Andrea L. Stoelting will be held at the Orleans Cemetery at Orleans, Nebraska on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Lana Dake, officiating.
Andrea LeeAnn Stoelting, of Westminster, Colorado, passed away April 2, 2010 at the University Hospital in Denver, Colorado at the age of 40. Andrea was born in Denver on May 3, 1969, the daughter of Lonny Everett and Joie Ann (Boyles) Wheeler. She grew up in Colorado, Texas, and California, graduating from Vista High School in Vista, California in 1987. She attended beauty school in Vista, before moving to Orleans, Nebraska with her infant son, Zackary, to be near her parents in 1991.
On November 6, 1993, she was joined in marriage to John Stoelting of Orleans. To this union one child, a daughter, Schenae was born. The couple made their home in Orleans with their two children.
Andrea worked at Becton-Dickinson in Holdrege, Nebraska, before returning to school in 2000, where she worked diligently to attain her Practical Nursing License from Central Community College in Kearney, Nebraska in 2001.
Following her graduation, Andrea worked at the Christian Homes Care Community in Holdrege and the Colonial Villa Good Samaritan Center in Alma, Nebraska, before the family moved to Westminster, Colorado in 2007.
She worked at several retirement communities in different capacities ranging from a Charge Nurse to Assistant Director of Nursing prior to her passing.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Leland Wheeler; parents: Lonny and Joie Wheeler and father and mother-in-law: Gordon and Veronica Stoelting.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, John Stoelting; son, Zackary Seyler/Stoelting; and daughter, Schenae Stoelting all of Westminster; sister, Sheri Fischer and her husband, Martin of Sutherland, Nebraska, sister, Sandra Wheeler of Lincoln, Nebraska; sister-in-law, Carolyn Stoelting of Stamford, Nebraska; brothers-in-law: Jim Stoelting and his wife, Jill of Orleans and Gary Stoelting of Orleans; nephews: Daniel and Jacob Stoelting of Orleans, Joseph Fischer of Sutherland; niece, Nikki Fischer of Sutherland; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial has been established in her memory and will be designated at a later date.
