Crystal P. Raburn

Memorial services for Crystal P. Raburn will be held at the Nelson-Bauer Funeral Home in Holdrege, Nebraska on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Tom Thompson officiating. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date.

Crystal Raburn, 50 years of age, of Holdrege, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2011 at her home in Holdrege. She was born June 21, 1961 in Hastings, Nebraska to Charles P. and Harriett E. (Koontz) McConnell. She received her education from Holdrege High School.

On August 25, 1979 she married Danny Raburn. They were married at the First United Methodist Church in Holdrege. To this union two daughters were born: Amanda and Geri.

Crystal enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, listening to music, crafting and reading.

Crystal was preceded in death by her grandparents and parents.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Danny of Holdrege; daughters: Amanda Olson and her husband, Joseph of Holdrege and Geri Raburn and her fiancé, John Ingraham of Holdrege, grandchildren: Alexis Olson, Trystin Raburn, Lainey Olson, Adriene Ingraham and Jaren Ingraham, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Harold Raburn and his wife, Marian of Holdrege, sister, Patricia Marshall of Portland, Oregan, brothers: William McConnell and his wife, Jo of Lincoln, NE, Rodney McConnell of Holdrege, Russell McConnell, and his wife, Suzy of Holdrege, Ronald Mcconnell and his wife, Becky of Alma, Nebraska, sisters-in-law, Geanene Schafer and her husband, Ron of Central City, Nebraska, and Terri Raburn of Holdrege, along with many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the March of Dimes.
