Daniel Douglas Peterman, 70 years of age, of Orleans, Nebraska passed away, on November 15, 2021, at his home in Orleans. Daniel was born in Seattle, Washington on February 26, 1951, born to John Lyle and Celestine Cecelia (Carroll) Peterman. He received his education in Seattle and graduated from a Catholic High School.

Daniel truly did it all, he worked on a shrimp boat, as a logger, was a bartender, and mining. On July12, 1996, Daniel was united in marriage to Jennifer Otto in Lincoln, Nebraska. The couple made their home in various town throughout Nebraska, Washington and Colorado. They started in Lincoln, making their way to Washington and then back to Nebraska, where the family settled in Orleans.

Daniel enjoyed being at the ocean, gardening, and tractors.  He was excellent at woodworking; making several items and was currently working on an arch for their home.

Daniel was preceded in death by: his parents; several of his siblings.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Jennifer of Orleans; one son; two brothers; one sister; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

There will be no visitation or memorial book signing, the family is honoring Daniel's wish for cremation.

A memorial has been established in Daniel's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
