Funeral Service for Donna Frederickson will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Oxford, Nebraska with Pastor Kenton Birtell officiating. Interment will be held at the Oxford Cemetery in Oxford.

Donna Lee (Lowry) Frederickson, 49 years of age, of Oxford, Nebraska, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney, Nebraska after suffering a major stroke. Donna was born December 24, 1966 at Canoga Park, California, the elder of two children born to David B. and Janice L. (Robbins) Lowry.

Donna received her education from Tehachapi High School in Tehachapi, California and then pursued higher education from Waterson Business College.

On April 20, 1996, she was united in marriage to Robert Frederickson at St. Maliki's Catholic Church in Tehachapi, California. The couple made their home in Bakersfield, California for 10 years, moving to Kanab, Utah, before settling in Oxford for the last two years.

Donna enjoyed taking care of kids and cooking. She was very social, whether it was a BBQ or cheering on her football boys. Donna loved her children, spending time with them and going to their activities.

Donna was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Kathy Lowry; father-in-law, Keith Frederickson; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

She leaves to celebrate her life; her husband, Bob of Oxford; daughters: Stephanie Soerjono, and Ashley, Haley and Callie Frederickson; sons: Michael, Matthew and Daniel Frederickson; parents, David and Janice Lowry of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; brother, David Lowry of Sonoma, California; mother-in-law, Florence Frederickson-Cogan and her husband, Bob of Bakersfield; sister-in-law, Diana Frederickson of Tehachapi, brothers-in-law, Calvin Frederickson and his wife, Gloria of Bakersfield and Ronald Frederickson and his wife, Sandra of Tehachapi; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with the family greeting from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Oxford.

A memorial has been established in Donna's honor for her children's education fund.
