Helen Robison

A Memorial Service for Helen L. Robison will be held at a later date.

Helen Louise Robison, 88 years of age, of Republican City, Nebraska, died, on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at her home in Republican City.  Helen was born in Bloomington, Nebraska, on October 4, 1932, the youngest of three children, born to Clarence and Pearl (Kiggins) Paulson.  She received her education from Upland Publis Schools in Upland, Nebraska, and graduated from Upland High School, with the class of 1950.  Helen pursued higher education from a beauty school in Ontario, Canada.

Following her education, Helen worked various jobs, including:  Coast to Coast and Royal Engineered Composites in Minden, Nebraska; and later the Minden Beef Plant.

On December 31, 1977, Helen was united in marriage to Richard "Rich" Robison in Franklin, Nebraska.  The couple made their home in Republican City.  Together they enjoyed shopping, yard work and garden work, and life at the lake.

Helen was preceded in death by: her parents; her siblings:  Edward Paulson; and Norma Jean Mankhey; and one grandson, Benjamin Shideler.

Helen is survived by her husband, Rich Robison of Republican City; two daughters: Valerie Franks and her husband, Jeff Stowe of Litchfield, Nebraska; and Cheryl Shideler of Franklin, Nebraska; eight grandchildren:  Sunny (Wilbur) Randolph; T.J.; and William Wilbur; Dana Shidelar; Mike Ragan; Jesse Franks; and John Franks; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

A memorial has been established in Helen's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
