Howard Gordon Stewart, Jr. "Popeye", 60 years of age, of Holdrege, Nebraska, passed away on May 4, 2024, at his home in Holdrege, with loved ones by his side. Howard was born on September 26, 1963 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Howard Gordon Stewart, Sr. and Caroline (Garber) Stewart.

Between he and his wife, they had 8 children and joked that quite literally, "eight is enough."

Howard was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Stewart of Holdrege; his mother, Caroline Stewart of Colorado Springs; his brother, Larry Stewart and his wife, Chris of Colorado Springs; his children: Jess, Dena, Lukas, Lyndsie, Destiney, Richard, Carley, and Crystal; and many grandchildren, whom he loved very much.
