Jack was born in Orange County, California, on March 10, 1988, to Jack and Wendy (Phillips) Evans. The family moved throughout California while Jack was growing up but spent most of his years in Arrowhead, California. He graduated from Lincoln High School in Lincoln, California, with the class of 2006. He later went to school to be a Lineman at Northwest Line College in Oroville, California. Upon finishing school in 2016, Jack started working for Twin Valley's Public Power and has been with them ever since.

When Jack and Samantha were 16 years old, they lived next door to each other in Lincoln and quickly became best friends. By 18 years old, they were dating, and on March 13, 2010, Jack was united in marriage to Samantha Magill at the Wood Creek Golf Course in Roseville, California. Together, they have five children: Jack Dublin IV, Dakota, Wyatt, Brook, and Tucker. The couple made their home in Cambridge, Nebraska, and shortly after relocated to rural Alma. Together, they enjoyed going to motocross races, hunting, fishing, and taking trips to California to visit family. Jack enjoyed coaching his sons' sports and activities. He was a foodie and excelled at smoking meat, especially for gatherings of friends and family.

Jack is survived by his wife, Samantha Evans of Alma; his five children: Jack Dublin IV, Dakota, Wyatt, Brook, and Tucker Evans; his mother and step-father, Wendy and Charles Langlet; his father, Jack Dublin Evans, Jr.; four siblings: Jessica Evans; Travis Evans; Christophor Langlet and his wife, Kaitlyn; and Sadie Langlet; his maternal grandparents, Michael and Barbara Phillips; paternal grandfather, Jack Dublin Evans Sr.; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.

There will be no visitation or memorial book signing. The family is honoring Jack's wish for cremation.

A memorial has been established in Jack's honor, and kindly suggested to his five children to help further their education.
