A Memorial Service for Jonathan Reha will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the North Park Assembly of God Church in Holdrege, Nebraska with Pastor Brian Steinbach officiating.

Jonathan Ernest Reha, 40 years of age, died unexpectedly on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Phelps Memorial Health Center in Holdrege. Jonathan was born on September 15, 1983, at Grand Island, Nebraska, born to Edward and Judy (Svitak) Reha.

Jonathan attended Aurora Public School and attained his GED.

On January 10, 2014, Jonathan was united in marriage to Amber Schriner in Minden, Nebraska.  The couple made their home in Holdrege, where he worked electrical jobs and also worked at Allmand Brothers in Holdrege.  The couple raised six children together:  Tori, Yuliana, Austin, Dylan, Mariah, and Adalee.

Jonathan enjoyed embarrassing his children in public, music, celebrating holidays, playing board games, being with family, and gardening.  Jonathan loved Jesus.

Jonathan was preceded in death by his dad, Ed Reha; an uncle, Dan Svitak; his grandparents; and two brothers-in-law:  Jesse Swearingen; and Brandon Swearingen.

Remembering and celebrating his life:  his wife, Amber Reha of Holdrege; his mother, Judy Reha of Aurora; his six children:  Tori Lurz and her family; Yuliana Urbina; Austin Schriner; Dylan Reha and his family; Mariah Schriner; and Adalee Schriner; his siblings:  Casey (Rhiannon) Svitak; Judy (Jason) Vanbuskirk; Stephan (Julie) Reha; and Ashley Elliott; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Randy and Trixie Swearingen of rural Holdrege; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law:  Paul Swearingen and Crystal of Holdrege; Tori Johnston and her husband, Rob of Holdrege; Travis Schriner of Holdrege; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

There will not be a visitation or viewing.  Jonathan will be cremated.

Memorials are kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
