Kevin Lowe

A Graveside Memorial Service and Inurnment for Kevin R. Lowe will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bainbridge Cemetery at Huntley, Nebraska, with Pastor Jean Clayton officiating.

Kevin Ronald Lowe, 60 years of age, of Alma, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at his home.  Kevin was born on April 25, 1961, in Alma, the middle of three children, born to Loyd and Glenna (Batt) Lowe.  Kevin received his education from Huntley Public Schools through the eighth grade and then attended and graduated from Alma High School, with the class of 1980.

Kevin worked in the kitchen at Little Mexico Restaurant in Republican City, Nebraska.  He then began working at the Alma Country Club and Alma Public Schools as a Janitor.

Kevin enjoyed spending time at The Station in Alma playing Keno and spending time with his family, including nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.

Kevin was a member of the Huntley United Methodist Church in Huntley and enjoyed singing in the choir.  He also enjoyed watching Yankee Baseball, and Notre Dame Football and Husker Football.

Kevin was preceded in death by his mother, Glenna (Batt) Lowe.

Kevin leaves to celebrate his life; his father, Loyd Lowe of rural Huntley; Lezlie Maas and her husband, John of Orleans; and Michael Lowe and his wife, Annette of Alma; Joshua Ulrichson of Huntley; Jesse Maas and his wife, Kayla of Alma; Kyla Maas of North Platte, Nebraska; Brody Molzahn and his wife, Taylor of Alma; Terek Molzahn and wife, Emma of Alma; one great-niece, Maycen Wilson; and two great-nephews:  Asher Maas; and Gentry Molzahn; along with other relatives and many friends.

There will be no visitation or viewing.  The family has chosen cremation.

A memorial has been established in Kevin's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
