Funeral Services for Patricia A. Rawson will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church in Orleans, Nebraska with Pastor Linda Knipping officiating. Burial will follow at the Orleans Cemetery, Orleans, Nebraska.

Patricia Ann "Pat" Rawson, 82 years of age, of Holdrege, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the Phelps Memorial Health Center in Holdrege. Pat was born July 13, 1935 in Holdrege, the eldest of three children to Herbert and Doris J. (Long) Yerion. She received her education from Mascot Public Schools, graduating with the class of 1953.

In 1954, Pat was united in marriage to Clifford Jensen at the First United Methodist Church in Holdrege. The couple was blessed with three children: Ronald L., Scott H. and Jami A. The family made their home in Holdrege for a short time and later moved to Colorado.

In 1991, Pat was united in marriage to Lloyd W. Rawson at the Mascot Bethel United Methodist Church. The couple made their home near Mascot, Nebraska before settling in Holdrege.

Pat loved crocheting, crafting and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd in 2006; brother, Donald H. Yerion; brother-in-law, Merlyn Rawson and wife, Martha and their infant son.

She leaves to celebrate her life; her children, Jami Barnaby and her husband, Michael, of Greeley, Colorado, Ron Jensen and Scott Jensen, both of Arvada, Colorado; step-children: Doug Rawson and his wife, Kim of Oxford, Nebraska, Roger Rawson of Omaha, Nebraska, Teresa Krejci of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Lori Ducsay and her husband, George of Oklahoma City, and Michael Newman and his wife, Virginia of Grand Island, Nebraska;
many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Isaacson and husband, Gerry of Oak Harbor, Washington; along with many extended family and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Nelson-Bauer Funeral Home with the family greeting from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

A memorial has been established in Pat's honor and will be designated at a later date.
