Rito E. Flores

Memorial Services for Rito Flores will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the New Wine Fellowship in Orleans, Nebraska with Pastor Lana Dake officiating. The use of face coverings is strongly encouraged and recommended by the family.

Due to health concerns, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic; current CDC and Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services guidelines for Faith-Based Services and Gatherings will be followed.  The Flores family sincerely encourages each person to make their decision whether to attend Rito's services, based on the best interest of your health, and that of your community.

Rito E. Flores, Jr., 53, of Alma, Nebraska, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020, with his loving wife Lorraine by his side. Rito was born on November 22, 1967, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Rito Sr. and Christina (Madrid) Flores. He graduated from Rio Grand High School in Albuquerque.

In 2016 Rito relocated to Nebraska and soon after Lorraine joined him. On February 14, 2018, Rito married Lorraine Martinez in Beaver City, Nebraska after 30 years of friendship.  Together they made Nebraska their home.

Rito celebrated his 53rd birthday surrounded by family and his best friend Denise Richardson.

He loved going for walks with his loving wife Lorraine. Rito loved the Lord and had a desire to be a Pastor. He was a friend to everyone he met.

Rito is preceded in death by; one step-daughter, Crystal Martinez

He is survived by; his wife, Lorraine Flores; his parents, Rito Sr. Flores and Christina Madrid; three daughters: Eva; Desiree Flores: Mariah Vargas; one son, Rito Flores 3rd; two bonus sons: Toby and Greg; two step-daughters: Alicia Martinez; and Mariah Archuleta; four grandchildren: Mellodee; Leland; Christian; and Crystal; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

There will be no visitation or viewing. The family is honoring Rito's wish for cremation.

A memorial has been established in Rito's honor and kindly suggested to the family for later designation. Memorials can be sent to P.O. Box 441, Alma, Nebraska 68920
