Memorial Graveside Services for Roberta M. Lundstrom will be conducted from the Prairie Home Cemetery at Holdrege, Nebraska, on Friday, July 18, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Jami Anderson, officiating. Inurnment will be in the Prairie Home Cemetery.
Roberta M. Lundstrom, 95 years of age, of Brewster, Washington (formerly of Holdrege), died on January 20, 2008, at Brewster, Washington. Mrs. Lundstrom was a native of Holdrege, a graduate of Holdrege High School and resident of the community for 30 years. She was born Roberta Minerva Marshall on November 16, 1912, and grew up on a farm in Williamsburg Township in northern Phelps County. Her husband, LaMonte Melin Lundstrom, died in 1962.
Survivors include her sons, Mack Lundstrom of San Jose, California, and Mike Lundstrom of Brewster; sister, Roxana Lind of Kearney, Nebraska; brother, Harold Marshall of Holdrege; granddaughters, Kirsten Lundstrom of San Jose and Brita Arnold of Charlotte, Texas; four nieces; and two nephews. She was the daughter of the late O.B. and Cassie (Kedey) Marshall, and her sisters, Inez Marshall and Harriet Dahlstet, also preceded her in death.
A memorial has been established in her memory and kindly suggested to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, 1232 22nd Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20037-1202 or a charity of choice.
